Key Responsibilities:
Door-to-Door Sales: Actively engage with homeowners in your assigned territory, presenting the benefits of solar energy and converting leads into customers by offering a 3D proposal and savings report for qualified homeowners
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new opportunities and create your own leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Product Knowledge: Get trained in the latest solar technology with our award-winning online training platform and stay on top of industry trends to confidently educate homeowners and answer all questions
Performance-Based Growth: Your commissions will grow as your sales increase. The harder you work, the more you earn, with a six-figure income potential highly possible in your first year!
Leadership Opportunities: Once you’ve proven your sales skills, you’ll have the chance to step into leadership roles, manage your own team, territories and take your earnings and impact to new heights.
This is an in-field position for entry level and experienced sales professionals.

Educate: Inform homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers interested in solar solutions.
Close Sales: Encouraging homeowners to purchase solar products and services and finalize sales agreements.
Expansion: Develop our customer base by intentionally reaching out to new prospects.
Ignite Passion: Spread enthusiasm for our solar mission as an ambassador.
Supplemental pay types:
100% High Commission pay
Appointment BASE PAY for Rookies
