Key Responsibilities

Site Analysis & Design Management
• Lead teams in conducting site constraint analyses, including zoning, topography, environmental factors, and soil conditions.
• Oversee the creation and evaluation of site plans to ensure optimal project execution

Consultant Coordination
• Collaborate with civil, environmental, and survey consultants by defining scopes of services, managing contracts, and reviewing deliverables.

Permitting & Compliance
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record for stormwater and soil erosion control plans.
• Ensure projects meet all jurisdictional and regulatory requirements by preparing plans, calculations, and responses to comments from authorities.

Project Management
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.
• Supervise and mentor Civil Designers and Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

What Our Client is Looking For

Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (with ability to obtain out-of-state licenses as needed).

Experience
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally including utility-scale solar PV project design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Skills & Expertise
• Strong knowledge of erosion control, stormwater management, and site grading.
• Comfortable presenting to consultants, authorities, and regulatory agencies.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
