Job Description
Novuss Home is seeking a Solar Area Manager in Hawthorne, CA, to promote and sell solar products and services. Responsibilities include generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires prior solar experience and managing sales teams. A Home for Sales Professionals - Sell solar with competitive baselines. Roofing-only, battery-only, HVAC and security systems are additional services that we provide at Novuss Home.
Overview:
We are looking for active and dedicated solar professionals/area managers to take their sales skills and knowledge of solar to the next level. As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers, while also actively helping our team close deals and generate new clientele.
Duties:
-Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, phone calls, and emails.
- Present all product information through company slide decks and determine client pain points and what products will best benefit their situation.
-Close and negotiate in-home or virtual deals through a various finance partners. -Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing any client questions, resolving client concerns about the process, and informing the client on all steps that will be taken from point A to Z.
-Collaborate with direct filed representatives in your area to develop sales strategies, growing cliental, and holding meetings/trainings when needed to boost moral and sales methods.
-Connect with Regional Managers to ensure sales targets are being meet or exceeded, developing trainings and new approaches for achieving sales, and any support needed in the field or in-home.
Experience:
-Ability to train representatives under yourself in generating more clientele and closing.
-Hold and Attend meetings as needed with management and running trainings with representatives.
-Ability to manage, oversee consultants, and provide assistance when needed.
-Must have prior solar knowledge/experience in generating new business through various channels and closing clientele.
-Must have prior experience with managing/leading sales team for over 1 year and meet/exceed sales goals set.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,820.00 - $300,750.00 per year
