Solar Appointment Setter/Closer

Radix is hiring Solar Appointment Setters/Closers in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for technicians. No sales experience is required, as training is provided. The position offers a flexible schedule, with typical hours from 10 AM to 8 PM, and pays between $600 to $1,000+ per week, including commission. Personal transportation is preferred but not required.

About the position:
• Door to door canvassing.
• Setting appointment for technicians to visit homes of interested home owners.
• Personal transportation not required, but Preferred Transportation will be provided for you to assigned area If no vehicle.
• No sales experience required! We will provide all training & Proven Systems to help you be successful!
• Company Policy that we enforce includes all training completed before graduating to Energy consulting to ensure success, and speeds up Learning curve process.
• Schedule;
• Wednesdays & Sundays off!
• Saturdays, you can finish by be 3pm Or keep momentum and tee up more success for apts for the next week
