Small Camp Remote Cook

Heritage Reforestation Inc is hiring a Small Camp Remote Cook in Greater Sudbury, ON. The cook will prepare meals for 5-7 individuals in a remote camp, manage food orders, and maintain health and safety standards. The role requires early morning hours and includes meals and accommodations. This is a full-time, 8-month contract position starting on May 1, 2025, with a pay rate of $200 per day.
The successful applicant will be able to work with 5-7 mature individuals in a Heavy equipment remote camp. This individual will be responsible for ordering food, organizing the menu and preparing a take out breakfast, lunch and large family style dinner. The applicant will be required to maintain the camp to our Health and Safety standard and have the camp comply to all and any audit. The individual will be required to work at 4:30 to 6 am. Then again to prepare dinner for the 5-7 individuals, about 2 hrs. Meals and accommodations will be included. Must have a valid drivers licence
