Dragonfly Environmental Pty Ltd is seeking passionate Site Supervisors in Sydney to lead teams in ecological restoration and environmental management. Candidates should have experience in bush regeneration, leadership skills, and relevant qualifications. The role involves managing multiple sites, client liaising, and requires travel throughout Greater Sydney. The Company: Dragonfly Environmental are recognised leaders in their field and are specialists in ecological restoration of wetlands, riparian zones and saltmarshes and environmental management of a wide range of ecosystems.

Dragonfly Environmental's office is located in Kings Park (Near Blacktown) and we are looking for passionate and experience Site Supervisors who can lead our teams to deliver the best outcomes for the natural areas we care for and restore.

The Opportunity:
• Are you a passionate person who is looking to Care for and Restore Natural Areas for Now and the Future?
• Are you a person who can bring the best out in a team to deliver great outcomes in bush regeneration, ecosystem restoration, community eco-engagement, large-scale planting projects and more?
• Can you manage multiple sites, keep daily records, monitor contract obligations, do periodic reporting and liaise with various clients and management regularly?
• Are you prepared to travel throughout the Greater Sydney region to work on various beautiful Sites?

Applicants must have a passion for bush regeneration and natural area restoration and have the experience and capacity to lead and develop their team to reach their full potential. You need to be competent in the use of technology, have a qualification in regeneration techniques and a desire to be the best in the business.

What you’ve got: the essentials
• Experience in Bush Regeneration (minimum 2+ years).
• Experience in a leadership role (minimum 1+ years).
• Cert III n Conservation and Ecomanagement System.
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
• Great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated knowledge of WHS requirements and EEO principles.
• Great communication, client relationship and negotiation skills.
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Current NSW Drivers Licence (manual vehicle).
• Current Chemical Certificate AQF3.
• White Card.
• Computer Skills
• Full work rights in Australia
• Positive attitude to work and ability to actively promote the services of Dragonfly to clients.

Also good to have - the desirables
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to be trained)
• Chainsaw ticket and experience in use
• Medium Rigid drivers licence
• Forklift licence
• Experience in quoting
• Experience in large scale revegetation projects
• Experience in seed collection and plant propagation
