Site Foreman

ACRWORLD is seeking a Site Foreman in Cronulla, NSW, to manage a $7m new build home. The role involves overseeing site management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have relevant building qualifications and experience in high-end residential projects. The position offers a salary of A$140,000 to A$150,000 and requires full-time commitment from Monday to Friday.

• Business has been trading for over 20 years.

About The Role
• Foreman / Site Manager to manage a $7m new build home.
• 3 storey building plus basement.
• Required to deliver the project from start to finish.
• Monday to Friday working week.
• Salary level between $140,000 and $150,000 plus super.

Duties
• Site management of trades.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S.

Skills & Experience
• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
• Good attention to detail.
