• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Idaho drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire {=html}<br><br>
• Must possess High School diploma or equivalent and three years full time experience in a children's residential facility or an

Associate's degree and two years full time experience in a children's residential care facility or a Bachelor's degree and one year full time experience in a children's residential care facility. Our Shift Supervisors:
• Leads up to 20 staff and/or interns assigned to them to provide outstanding care to youth and complete all required tasks
• Assists with on-boarding and training Youth Care Providers
• Carries out duties and tasks in accordance with the programs standards and procedures and ensures that other direct care staff do the same This position will work 5 days, at least one weekend day during swing shift, 2:45pm
