Overview of Position:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting solar energy and battery systems for residential properties. The ideal candidate will be an expert in solar energy principles, electrical systems, MPUs, and experience with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla batteries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot solar/battery-related issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
• Install AC disconnects, current transformers (CTs), and standard solar equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of service work, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure compliance and functionality.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar or electrical installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must qualify for company driving insurance).
• Experience with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Tesla is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22-25 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
