Join Hitachi Energy as a Service Sales Leader in our North America Grid Integration team! This is your chance to lead a dynamic sales team and drive the growth of our comprehensive service offerings. Our portfolio includes Extended Warranty, Service Contracts, Break Fix Repair, Upgrades, Spare Parts, 24/7 Phone Support, and Cyber Security for our installed base of SVCs, STATCOMs, SeriesCaps, and HVDC Systems. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organization that serves utility, industrial, renewable energy, and other customers, helping to transport electricity efficiently and reliably while maintaining power quality and control. How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Lead and inspire the Service Sales Team to achieve targets.
• Identify and capture market opportunities.
• Proactively target customers with tailored service offers.
• Plan and execute sales activities to meet quarterly goals.
• Manage and report on the sales pipeline and opportunity status.
• Oversee installed base data and address customer challenges.
• Ensure high-quality, comprehensive, and timely proposals.
• Align contract terms with service guidelines and ensure smooth order handoff.
Your Background:
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, sales, and/or project management.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and HVDC/FACTS systems.
• Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and conditions.
• Proficiency with tools like SalesForce.com, PowerBI, and SAP.
