Series 79 & 63 Licensed Analyst

VirtualVocations is seeking a Series 79 & 63 Licensed Analyst for High Grade & Leveraged Capital Markets in Newark, DE. Key Responsibilities
Support senior bankers with client coverage, deal origination, and transaction execution
Create client presentations and deal marketing materials, including market updates
Conduct credit and market research, including ratings and capital structure analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field preferred
Strong interest in investment banking and capital markets
At least 1 year of relevant experience, though recent graduates may be considered
Must obtain Series 79 and 63 licenses within 90 days of starting
