As a Senior or Principal Project Manager, you'll take charge of high-profile natural resources projects, cultivating strong client relationships, managing multidisciplinary teams, and guiding biological field studies from planning to completion. You'll also play a key role in mentoring emerging talent and driving new business opportunities that align with your vision and expertise.


In this leadership role, you'll support a broad array of clients navigating complex environmental challenges related to the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and other federal, state, and local regulations. Our diverse portfolio spans industries such as electrical transmission, oil & gas, infrastructure, land development, water resources, and government agencies-offering a dynamic and rewarding workload.


This is a full-time, salaried position offering a comprehensive benefits package and a distributed (= remote) work model located in Arkansas or Oklahoma.
