Water/Wastewater Leadership Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced water/wastewater leader to oversee our section's projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of wastewater collection system sewers, lift stations, force mains, treatment facilities, booster stations, and wastewater and water systems studies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development and proposal preparation.
• Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery process.
• Promote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture.
• Manage select projects to meet success goals and oversee other project managers in the delivery of all projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program. Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity.
