Senior Urban Planner

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive plans addressing sustainability, land use, and public infrastructure

Conduct research and analyze data to inform planning decisions and ensure compliance with regulations

Facilitate community engagement and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Geography, Public Administration, or a related field

10+ years of relevant experience in environmental planning, sustainability, or related disciplines

Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is preferred

Knowledge of zoning laws, land use regulations, and urban development processes

Experience in environmental sustainability and community engagement is a plus
