Senior Sustainability Consultant

The Senior Sustainability Consultant position at a confidential company in Dubai involves delivering sustainable design projects, ensuring compliance with green building certifications like LEED. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and proficiency in energy analysis and modeling. Responsibilities include conducting sustainability assessments, leading client interactions, and preparing green strategies. The role is hybrid, requiring some onsite presence at Emirates Towers, Dubai.
Location: (Hybrid) | Emirates Towers, Dubai, UAE.

Pre-requisite: 5+ Years | Proficiency in LEED Certifications, BD+C.

Specialization in LEED Certifications: Delivering sustainable and low-energy design projects in the built environment. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with local authority green codes and international green building certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform energy system analysis and ensure design compliance with sustainability criteria.
• Conduct energy modeling, daylight simulations, and work with certifications such as LEED, Estidama, WELL, Trakhees, and Sa'afat. (Not Mandatory, but preferred).
• Lead sustainability assessments and interact with clients, contractors, and local authorities throughout project execution.
• Assist in preparing project green strategies and presentations.
• Attend site meetings and inspect green building implementation during construction.
• Review green material submittals, prepare site inspection reports, and conduct independent commissioning activities.
• Perform specialized inspections such as thermography surveys, air tightness testing, and building envelope commissioning. (Not Mandatory, but preferred).
• Research and develop innovative ideas to enhance EMS services.
• Support the team during proposal preparation and client meetings.

Qualifications:
• Expertise in sustainable design and green building systems.
• Proficiency in LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design].
• Familiarity in other Green Building Codes (Estidama, WELL, Mostadam, Breeam, Envision etc.)
• Experience with energy system analysis, modeling, and simulation tools.
• Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
