Senior Signage and Environmental Graphics Designer

C&G Partners is seeking a Senior Signage and Environmental Graphics Designer in Paramus, NJ. We do this by creating carefully tailored designs that follow industry standards and best practices, ensuring that our work is not just visually appealing, but also well-built, sustainable, and accessible.

We have an immediate opening for a skilled designer to work on signage and way finding, experiential graphics and exhibit design projects.

We are looking for a highly organized self-starter, able to communicate with partners, clients, designers, technical suppliers, and others to help deliver a high-quality design package on time and on budget. Our studio is

The ideal candidate should possess the following *
• Experience designing and producing Signage and Experiential Graphics programs
• Excellent graphic design skills
• Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Cadtools, InDesign)
• A well-organized and detail-oriented, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work independently and be a team player when necessary
• Positive attitude that can take criticism well
• Self-motivated and independent thinker with strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Articulate and poised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capabilities in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D rendering such as Rhino + Sketch Up a plus

Our company is located in New York City. We are currently a hybrid workplace with optional in-office days. Because a significant portion of our work involves hands-on tasks such as examining materials and collaborating closely with our team, we are specifically seeking candidates who are based locally to ensure seamless participation in these on-site activities.
