Job Description

U.S. Bank Corp is seeking a Senior Scenario Analyst - Climate Risk in Charlotte, NC. The role involves developing scenario analyses to assess climate-related risks and opportunities, supporting senior management decisions, and serving as a climate risk expert. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a relevant Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in climate risk management is preferred. The position is full-time with a salary range of $93K–$129K.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scenario analysis to identify and quantify climate-related risks and opportunities for the bank, as well as providing decision-support to senior management. You will serve as a subject matter expert on climate risk and its implications for the company's operations.The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a deep knowledge of climate risk and the latest trends in the field. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, finance, or economics, is required. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute scenario analysis to identify and quantify climate-related risks and opportunities for the bank.
• Provide decision-support to senior management on climate risk and its implications for the company's operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on climate risk and its implications for the company's operations.
• Monitor the latest trends in the field of climate risk management and analyze their implications for the bank.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate results and implications of climate risk analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure climate risk management strategies are implemented.
• Develop and implement climate risk management strategies and best practices.
