With our Renewable Energy Division scaling the US market, we are looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant the Division to take the reins of the UK desk.

The Role & Duties

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take the reins of a 360 desk within the Renewable Energy sector – this is a WARM desk but there will be a drive on growing the Division further. We have exciting plans for the future and need someone with drive to join the business with ambitious plans to scale their career.

With Renewable Energy being one of the fastest growing sectors around the Globe, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive to come onboard and develop a strong position in the sector.

If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant, highly organised, with an excellent work ethic, a hunger to succeed and experience providing a 360 Permanent Recruitment solution, then we want to hear from you! 
• New Business Development – Winning and developing new relationships
• Research and becoming and expert within the Renewables & Utilities sectors.
• Proactively source Candidates
• Account Manager and develop existing relationships
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process 
• Each of the above = Building your presence within the Renewable Energy Sector

On Offer
• To start, we’re pitching this in the region of £33,000-£40,000.
• Uncapped monthly accelerated bonus
