An innovative energy platform is seeking is seeking a Battery Storage Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects. This is an incredible opportunity to join an organization that is transforming the energy landscape by enabling grid stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for utility-scale BESS projects, including feasibility, permitting, procurement, execution, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and external stakeholders, to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide technical and strategic input during project development and execution.
• Stay informed on Texas energy regulations, ERCOT market standards, and industry trends to optimize project delivery strategies.
• Support the business development team in preparing technical proposals and presentations to attract new clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in project management/delivery within the CleanTech or renewable energy industry, with a focus on BESS and energy storage projects.
• Deep understanding of ERCOT market dynamics, grid interconnection processes, and regulatory requirements in the United States.
• Proven track record of delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects (50 MW+).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
