Senior Program Officer – Supply Chain Sustainability

Key Responsibilities
• Support program design, execution, and stakeholder collaboration in India and Vietnam.
• Draft and manage partnership contracts, monitor project budgets, and develop co-funding proposals.
• Coordinate activities, manage partner relationships, and drive operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the creation of tools, training materials, and guidance documents.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Apparel, Sustainability, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the private sector, ideally within the TAF industry.
• Strong grasp of sectoral dynamics, including wage-setting, supply chain sourcing, and OHS standards.

Preferred Experience
• Experience in building the business case for ethical supply chain practices.
• Familiarity with global social compliance frameworks.
