Develop and implement innovative product strategies to drive Walmart's efforts in reverse logistics and waste reduction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the sustainability and waste reduction space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
Lead product ideation and development processes, including defining product requirements and features.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure sustainable and efficient supply chain operations.
Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to sustainability and waste reduction.
Mentor and guide junior product managers to foster their professional growth.
Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability principles and practices within the company.
Collaborate with external partners and organizations to further Walmart's sustainability goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to sustainability and waste reduction.
Represent Walmart in industry events and conferences to showcase our commitment to sustainability.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product management team.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of Walmart by driving sustainable and responsible business practices.
