Jemena is seeking a Senior People Adviser for a hybrid role based in Docklands, VIC, Australia. About The Role

Senior People Adviser – Calling all People & Culture Extraordinaires!

Are you a HR rockstar with a knack for navigating multiple Enterprise Agreements? Do you thrive in complex environments, juggling multiple stakeholders whilst delivering a great customer experience? Do you love to have an impact on the moments that matter? If so, we want you to join our team!

This position is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week working in our Collins Street office as well as 2 x depot days per month at our depots located around Melbourne’s suburbs. There is an option for the candidate to be Sydney-based, which will also be a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week working in our Greystanes office.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Be the go-to expert for HR process execution, managing cases via ServiceNow
• Provide expert advice on people processes, policies and Enterprise Agreements
• Own and improve HR data integrity, keeping systems accurate and up to date
• Work closely with HRBPs and senior stakeholders to support key initiatives and EA changes
• Drive process improvements using your HRIS expertise to enhance efficiency

About You

You’re an expert in HR operations with a deep understanding of Enterprise Agreements and the Fair Work Act. You’ve also worked with SuccessFactors and can troubleshoot like a pro, and will also possess the following skills and attributes:
• You’re comfortable engaging with senior leaders, influencing decisions and building strong relationships
• You love continuous improvement – spotting inefficiencies and streamlining processes is second nature to you
• You bring exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a top-tier employee experience
