Senior Marketing Specialist

Flow Power is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the growth of their Flow Home product. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and creating compelling content. Candidates should have 3-5 years of marketing experience, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for renewable energy. This is a full-time position based in Hawthorn, VIC, Australia.

The opportunity

We’re already a market-leading tier 2 energy retailer in the large C&I market segment, now we want to grow our residential customer portfolio. This Senior Marketing Specialist position will support the growth of our Flow Home product as a Marketing Campaign Generalist. Sitting in a small team, you’ll have a great opportunity to influence decision making, from creative to campaign performance, and help us build, plan & deliver our event marketing approach alongside the broader omni-channel marketing strategy.
• Support the Marketing Manager with planning, executing & managing performance of traditional and digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute event initiatives and their corresponding marketing
• Maintain and manage relevant industry memberships, associations and partnerships
• Contribute to the creation of clear & compelling content, suitable for our target audience

About You

As someone who is passionate about renewable energy, this role allows the opportunity to deliver meaningful change by supporting everyday Australians with understanding how they can participate in the clean energy transition.

Skills and Experience
• Tertiary-level study in Marketing is favourable
• At least, 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Generalist roles to a B2C audience
• Experience in end-to-end event management is a strong benefit
• Familiarity with traditional & digital marketing tactics, and digital marketing tools
• Strong project management skillset
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
