Job Description
The Senior Managing Product Architect will provide strategic and hands-on expertise across SAP Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, and Sustainability. This role is responsible for shaping digital manufacturing capabilities, driving Industry 4.0 initiatives, delivering integrated solutions across MES, QMS, S/4HANA, and IoT platforms, and ensuring high-quality execution across product teams.
Responsibilities:
• Provide functional and/or technical expertise in SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Quality Management (QM).
• Contribute to the strategic direction of digital manufacturing, quality, and sustainability solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends in smart manufacturing, sustainability, and quality, translating insights into architectural strategies.
• Lead the integration of MES and QMS systems with S/4HANA and IoT platforms to support a connected Industry 4.0 manufacturing environment for bottlers.
• Execute items from the team backlog (CRs, INCs, PRBs, CHGs, service requests, VO projects) as prioritized by the Product Director.
• Activities may include: writing user stories, providing cost estimates, creating design documents, delivering solution demos/training, developing fixes and solutions, coordinating bottler alignment, supporting change management, addressing support tickets, supporting testing, and creating automated test cases.
• Support other teams or initiatives based on workload and priority.
• Follow Agile program/project management standards (SDLC) to ensure consistent execution across product areas in collaboration with Scrum Masters.
• Ensure solutions comply with security standards, application architecture principles, and modern data/analytics practices.
• Support value realization and optimization of deployed products.
• Ensure product-related SLAs and performance metrics are met.
• Collaborate effectively with bottlers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor small teams (1-2 employees, contractors, vendors, or partners).

Mandatory Skills & Required Proficiencies:
• SAP S/4HANA: PP/PI and Production Execution
• Integration with LIS and pallet labeling systems.
• SAP S/4HANA: Materials Management (MM) & Warehouse Management (WM).
• Manufacturing & Sustainability KPIs.
• SAP: Subcontracting and Co-Packing.
• Mobile Device Management (any platform exposure).
• Integration with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder and sequencing tools.
• Experience with third-party tools for Manufacturing Execution and Quality Management.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years leading small teams (2-5 members).
• High customer service orientation, especially wit.h bottlers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong collaboration mindset; effective cross-functional team engagement.
• Curiosity and desire to learn new technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
