The Boeing Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Global Sustainability Engagement & Partnership Strategy reporting to the VP of Global Engagements and Partnerships. This position can be located in Renton, WA; Arlington, VA; or Hazelwood, MO.

The Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) organization was formed to support Boeing's mission to connect, protect and explore our world and beyond, safely and sustainably. This leadership role will help translate the main decarbonization pillars into tangible business value for the benefit of Boeing and the industry. The successful candidate will have a passion for collaboration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain enterprise strategy development for select decarbonization pillars including sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), carbon removals, and airplane lifecycle
• Integrate enterprise and business unit sustainability efforts into cohesive direction, delivering strong value to business unit initiatives by providing alignment and identification of resources
• Ensure value delivery and integration for both BGS and BDS sustainability activities
• Integrate strategy and committed activities by collaborating with GES leaders across three global regions
• With partners, drive strategy and initiatives to support economic transition analysis for aviation decarbonization

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in environmental sustainability, strategy, policy development, or a related field
• Experience managing and/or leading teams either formally or informally, as well as influencing within matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Experience maintaining up to date knowledge of environmental sustainability issues and policies in aviation and the aviation industry
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including industry groups, government agencies, and environmental organizations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and other events

Summary pay range: $159,800 - $216,200
