Role Purpose:

As the Senior Manager – Partnerships, you will lead fundraising efforts, manage donor relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to secure resources for their programs. This role involves building and maintaining partnerships, leading a regional team, and ensuring the achievement of annual fundraising targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's resource mobilization strategy and expanding its impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Map, assess, and build relationships with domestic and international donors to secure funding opportunities.
• Develop and execute annual income and expense plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead proposal development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful grant acquisition and implementation.
• Manage and mentor the regional resource mobilization team to achieve fundraising targets.
• Represent the organization in donor negotiations and ensure smooth handover of grants to operational teams.
• Travel across India and internationally as needed to build and sustain partnerships.

Qualifications:
• Post-graduation in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or partnership management in a competitive market environment.
• Experience in the development sector is desirable.
