Senior Manager - ESG & Sustainability

Sr. Sustainability Manager Requirements

This role requires a seasoned professional with 15-18 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or SSHEQ, preferably in the chemical or industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing EcoVadis ratings, ISO certifications, and corporate sustainability programs, along with excellent documentation, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in multi-site operations with cross-border regulatory knowledge.
• Leadership qualities to drive a team-oriented and compliance-focused culture.
• Certification in Lead Auditor – ISO 14001/45001/9001.
• Familiarity with GRI, CDP, SASB, TCFD, and UN SDGs.
