We're seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect with the vision to design beautiful, functional, and sustainable spaces—and the experience to lead projects from master planning through construction. What You’ll Do:
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of parks, recreation areas, urban design, and site development projects
• Manage full project lifecycles—including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and consultant coordination
• Oversee client communications, stakeholder meetings, and project presentations
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and leadership
• Apply your expertise in grading, planting design, and construction detailing to bring design concepts to life
• Manage construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and contractor coordination
• Use tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Land FX to produce high-quality plans and presentations

Must-Haves:
• Licensed Landscape Architect (Ohio or eligible to obtain license soon)
• 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture, including 2+ years in a project management role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Land FX
• Strong portfolio in master planning, parks/recreation projects, site planning, and urban design
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and consultant coordination
• Ability to lead client-facing work including presentations and stakeholder engagement

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in business development—proposals, networking, and client relationships
• Background in interdisciplinary collaboration with engineering, surveying, and architecture teams
• Passion for sustainable, creative, and functional design solutions
• Experience integrating landscape into urban planning or infrastructure projects
• Prior leadership or mentorship of junior staff
• Familiarity with permitting and bidding processes
