About the role
Join Climate Group at a pivotal moment for the EV transition. Since launching EV100 in 2017, weve helped corporate leaders electrify their fleets. . Today, businesses in our network are deploying thousands of EVs annually, accelerating market growth and influencing policy worldwide.
As Senior International Programme Manager, you will lead the expansion of our transport initiatives into Latin America. Working closely with the Head of Transport and cross-functional teams, you will implement our strategy across Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. Youll collaborate with local partners and engage a growing network of EV100 members, driving corporate action and shaping the regions EV future.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Build strong, action-driven relationships with aligned partners in Latin America, primarily through the Drive Electric Campaign.
• Conduct research and gather insights to ensure a deep understanding of electromobility in Latin America, informing member engagement and shaping our perspective on the global EV transition.
• Collaborate closely with the Transport Policy team and in-country partners to inform members in Latin America on key policies needed to drive the EV transition and involve them in related advocacy efforts.
• Work with the Knowledge Manager in the Transport team and in-country partners to develop and deliver events, member briefings, and resources tailored to support fleet electrification plans for members in the region.
• Partner with the Transport Membership Engagement team and in-country partners to identify and engage potential members while delivering activities to strengthen relationships with existing members.
• Coordinate with Communications colleagues to ensure prospective and existing members in Latin America are connected to relevant opportunities, such as platforms at events (both Climate Group-hosted and external) and media/press activities in key regions.
• Line manage the International Programme Manager counterpart for Asia and Africa.
• Travel to Latin America and other regions as required to represent Climate Group and our transport initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of Climate Groups broader strategy.

Essential
• Impact oriented and results driven attitude, able to demonstrate contribution to successful impact outcomes and flexible and adaptive planning skills
• Strong organisational skills, with ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and delegating effectively
• Strong research and writing skills and ability to synthesise policy messaging from complex content
• Problem solving mindset with experience managing risks and challenging relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of cultural contexts
• Commitment to the mission of Climate Group and our Transport System
• Experience in developing and implementing corporate and member engagement strategies
• Excellent level of English
Desirable
• Experience developing and member engagement strategies and activities from a non-profit or private sector standpoint
• Working proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Knowledge of transport decarbonisation, globally and in EV100 priority geographies
• Experience organising multi-stakeholder convenings, including workshops, roundtables, events etc
• Appreciation of commercial and financial drivers for businesses and NGOs
• Good at working in teams and with people from different countries

Where youll work
Based in our London office, near the iconic Tower Bridge, youll enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement three days in the office, two days from home each week.
Our office is designed to support both collaborative work and focused individual time. It includes accessible facilities, a well-equipped gym, secure bike storage, and showers. Plus, were easy to reach by bike and public transport.
The role will require occasional international travel.

This is a permanent position. The salary offered is £45,350 to £48,000 per annum, based on experience.
