Our team loves working across varied tech stacks – from deep Azure deployments to good old-fashioned server and network support. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll be splitting your time across:
• BAU support, handling escalations from L1 and L2 teams
• Project work – infrastructure uplift, Azure migrations, AVD rollouts
• Ongoing improvements – helping clients get the most from their tech stack

You’ll be supporting a mix of on-prem environment, and a light Linux presence with a strong push towards Azure-native solutions and automation.

YOU NEED TO HAVE…
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.)
• Proficiency in Azure IaaS, including VMs, VPNs, NSGs, Route Tables, and Azure Firewalls
• Experience supporting or deploying Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) with FSLogix
• Confident supporting hybrid environments and working with clients directly
• Ability to manage your own workload across projects, support, and customer follow-up

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…
• Experience with Azure SQL, Containers, Web Apps, or Static Apps
• Familiarity with Key Vaults, App Insights, Redis, WAFs, and Private Endpoints
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance tuning in Azure
• Experience working within a Managed Services environment
• Any relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Azure)
