We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our corporate innovation efforts as a Senior Director, Corporate Venture Capital. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive corporate venture capital strategy that aligns with our company's innovation goals and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision for corporate innovation, ensuring alignment with our company's broader objectives.
• Investment Sourcing and Evaluation: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify long-term innovation needs and source investment opportunities through relationships with venture capital firms, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the investment portfolio projects, working closely with portfolio companies to ensure alignment with the investment thesis.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to build a robust network and promote strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
• 12+ years of professional experience in corporate venture capital, technology scouting, vendor partnerships, or government innovation and research centers.
• Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and executing venture capital investments.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with investors, startups, and corporate leaders.

Compensation:
• Annual salary range: $171,530.00 - $242,160.00
