Job Description

Sanz Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior/Executive Sales professional for Modern Trade in Singapore. The role involves managing key retail partnerships in the FMCG sector, driving sales growth, and maintaining relationships with major retail chains. Candidates should have at least 2 years of key account management experience in FMCG, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in sales data analysis. This is a full-time position with a salary range of SGD 3.5K–SGD 5K.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key retail clients in the FMCG sector, including major supermarket chains, petrol kiosks and other strategic accounts. The role entails cultivating strong, long-term relationships with buyers, store managers, and team leaders to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong stores relationships with major retail chains, supermarkets, distributors and other strategic accounts.
• Drive contracts closure, competitive pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
• Track sales performance, as well as market trends, and competitors to refine strategies.
• Meet monthly sales targets and collaborate with internal teams to optimize order, distribution and merchandising.
• In charge of forecasting & product availability.
• Maintain relationship with store managers / team leaders.
• Reporting to Business Leader of Modern Trade.

Requirements
• 2 years of FMCG key account management experience, with Modern Trade expertise preferred.
• Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
• Strong sales data analysis, category management, and trade marketing proficiency.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
• Independent, adaptable, and driven in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
• Must have own vehicle.
