About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Professional Geologist, Geomorphologist, Ecological Restoration Engineer, or Soil Scientist with at least 5 years of experience in fluvial geomorphology, ecological restoration, soil science, and natural resources remote sensing.

As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for directing multi-disciplinary project teams and performing detailed fluvial geomorphic, sediment transport, biological, soil science, hydrologic, and hydraulic studies. You will also develop innovative riverine infrastructure protection solutions (hydrotechnical) for oil and gas pipeline companies across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with conducting fluvial geomorphologic assessments in streams and riverine systems, using remote sensing GIS toolsets for related analysis, and applying knowledge of CWA mitigation regulations and standard operation procedures (SOPs).

You will lead and conduct field investigations, provide construction support services, and develop construction documents, including engineering drawings and technical specifications. Additionally, you will interact with client representatives, project-level responsibility for scoping, performing, managing, and delivering multiple concurrent project assignments.
