Job Description

Drive meaningful change in the environmental sector by leveraging your expertise in data analysis. As a project data manager, you will lead data management efforts, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead data management efforts on projects, including data visualization and database development;
• Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and market research;
• Manage project scope, budgeting, scheduling, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability;
• Collaborate with junior staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals;
• Develop work plans, evaluate data, and communicate results effectively;
• Author reports, proposals, and technical articles, with minimal need for revision;
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with clients, regulatory personnel, and other parties;
• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams;
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geography, computer science, or related field (required);
• Advanced degree preferred;
• At least 7 years of direct environmental consulting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Proficiency in Earthsoft EQuIS and/or ESRI ArcGIS, with ability to support project teams;
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and managing internal and external clients;
• Proven leadership skills;
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines;
• Valid U.S. driver's license and satisfactory driving record for business travel;
