Senior Engineer - Research & Development

Hitachi Careers is seeking a Senior Engineer for Research & Development in Sanand, Gujarat, India. The role involves ensuring product compliance with international standards, coordinating with laboratories for certification, and generating documentation for validation. The candidate will also support engineering and sales teams while maintaining team relationships. A B.E. or M.Tech in Power, E&C, or Electrical is required, and the position is full-time.
Co-ordinate & Ensure that Product conforms various international standards like IEC,UL. To comply & verify new system for different aspects like safety, performance,EMI/EMC & environment. Co-ordinate with external laboratory & agencies for certification. Test the product as per IEC/UL guideline & validate same. Co-ordinate with internal department for change/modification requirement in product for validation/certification. To generate/modify documents (i.e manuals,datasheet,compliance report,validation report etc.) for certification/validation. Co-ordinate with other department for resources management as and when required.
Support engineering, sales and marketing for standard and certification related. To complete task by maintaining good relationship with team members. To develop/propose strategy for complying standards before certification.
