Job Description
• Lead Requirement definition for Hardware designs
• Define Power Generation and Power Distribution and Control Architectures
• Define and simulate the architecture
• Board level design, schematic capture, simulation
• Define Software architecture and review the development
• Specify mechanical requirements
• Manage Hardware and Software integration phase
• Lead prototyping and development testing
• Document ICDs, assembly, test procedures, Product Specification
• Mentor and Manage a reduced team of junior embedded developers

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Demonstrated history in the design, prototyping, and testing of high reliability embedded electronic devices with 10+ years experience
• Experience in the design of Power Electronics and Distribution at architecture, hardware and software levels

Preferred Qualifications
• Masters or PhD with 10+ years
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464
• Experience in development under ARP-4754, DO-254, DO-178
• Experience in DO-160 Environmental testing
