Job Description

We are seeking an experienced environmental professional to join our team as a Senior Ecological Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, manage project schedules, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Client Relationships: Establish and maintain positive client relationships, communicating effectively to meet client needs and expectations.
• Business Development: Identify business opportunities and lead team efforts to pursue these opportunities, leveraging expertise and networks to secure new business.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or closely related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 20 years professional experience in related discipline, with at least 10 years' experience with CERCLA, NRDA, or other related federal, state, or tribal regulations and guidance.
• Strong regional professional network or experience in marketing/business development with government agencies, preferably with Hanford regulatory agencies and/or prime contractors.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, strong scientific/technical capabilities, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
