Job Description
GE Renewable Energy is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager in Bengaluru, India, to lead the deployment of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes using Microsoft Dynamics AX R3 2012 for NAM and Brazil sites. The role involves managing ERP rollouts, driving change management, and ensuring successful adoption of the OneLM ERP platform. Candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in ERP implementations, with a willingness to travel 20%.
As a Senior ERP Project Manager for the Microsoft dynamics AX R3 2012 ERP Global Deployment team, you will be responsible for Manufacturing and Supply Chain process deployment for NAM & Brazil Sites. As part of this role you will Lead and Drive OneLM ERP rollouts, this involves driving change management with Key Business Stakeholders (Super Users & End Users). You will be OneLM Deployment Team Point of Contact for OneLM ERP in the region supporting the Business in adopting new platform and enhancing the template as required for the region.
As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible to:-
Provide execution leadership at the site to deploy Manufacturing & Supply Chain Process for OneLM ERP template to sustain business operations and support the global expansion of a $1.5B business. Activities include:
Drive strong business engagement to adopt the Microsoft dynamics AX R3 2012 ERP Template
Project execution with strong local and business oversight to ensure successful business and ERP rollouts
Drive data readiness (MDM, Transactional) when required by deployments
Lead hypercare execution and drive strong process adoption
Partner with other stakeholders on deployment of transformational initiatives
Support the development and execution of a global deployment plan to consolidate NAM country operations into OneLM ERP strategic platform, while minimizing business disruptions and ensuring successful adoption and transition from hypercare to regular operation.
In the role you will:-
Lead deployment for Manufacturing & Supply Chain process, this involves managing all aspects of application delivery across multiple functions, business units and regions. Foster a product-driven mindset within Digital Technology and the business with a strong culture of first-time quality, high say/do ratio, cost-effective execution.
Establish a culture of innovation, high-performance, collaboration, respect and integrity. Positively & collaboratively lead the business through change.
Qualifications / Requirements:-
Basic Qualifications:-
BS Degree in Business Administration or BS Degree in 'STEM' field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience
Demonstrated experience in one or more of these functional areas: finance, global supply chain, or service operations.
Strong experience leading complex, diverse projects functional transformation projects or being integral part of ERP implementations
Significant experience on Digital Tools with experience across product lines, cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, or supporting ERP applications (Preferable MS ERP)
Eligibility Requirements:-
Must be willing to travel 20%

Strong knowledge and understanding of business process on manufacturing and supply chain
Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization. Ability to synthesize and communicate complex topics to all levels of the organization
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various stakeholders
Demonstrated experience to positively lead global and geographically dispersed teams through significant change
Six Sigma certification
