About the Role

The Senior Director of Sustainable Packaging Innovation will be responsible for driving innovation in packaging development and implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand marketing and promotional strategies and translate them into finished packages.

You will be responsible for managing a team of global structural packaging engineers and production designers located in the US and Hong Kong.
• Oversee the process of defining packaging requirements and translating marketing recommendations into realistic packaging specifications.
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Brand Design, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product Development teams to ensure optimal process flow.
• Drive innovation by presenting new packaging concepts, technologies, and delivery systems to support new marketing and product development ideas.
