Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Climate Action Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Planning Team, you will be responsible for guiding project teams on various projects and ensuring their successful completion. You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals, business objectives, and client satisfaction.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of professional planning and project management experience in climate action planning, climate adaptation/resiliency, and/or sustainability work. They should possess excellent organizational skills, strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to effectively translate technical reports into widely-accessible content. The ability to lead outreach efforts and cultivate working relationships with clients, community-based organizations, academic institutions, government agencies, and other firms is essential. Additionally, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and ArcGIS is required. A bachelor's degree or master's degree in urban or regional planning, or a related field, is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Guide project teams on various projects and ensure successful completion
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals, business objectives, and client satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, community-based organizations, academic institutions, government agencies, and other firms
• Prepare and direct preparation of community-wide greenhouse gas inventories and climate vulnerability assessments
• Translate technical reports into widely-accessible content
• Support virtual engagement events through platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Travel to client meetings and community workshops as needed
