We are seeking a motivated **Client Solution Architect/Senior Client Solution Architect** who is passionate about leading projects and technical teams, developing data-driven solutions that guide decision-making in U.S. health and public health policy. This is a client-facing leadership role that involves owning the technical solution and managing the relationship between the customer and Mathematica for a given project engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams
• Lead the design of data pipelines and perform analytics
• Incorporate client needs into solution design and project scope
• Develop budget and staffing plans
• Evaluate internal project functions and processes
• Collaborate across internal teams
• Support organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
• Interface with clients
• Contribute to business growth

Position Requirements

• Graduate degree in computer science, public health analytics, or related field
• 10 years of experience for Senior Client Solutions Architect / 7 years for Client Solutions Architect
• Experience in data collection, storage, analysis, and visualization
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals
• Conceptual and practical knowledge of health data
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to build and lead teams

Preferred Experience

• Directing multi-million dollar projects
• Health interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR)
• Common data models (e.g., OMOP)

Salary Range

• Senior Client Solution Architect: $145,000 - $185,000 annually
• Client Solution Architect: $125,000 - $160,000 annually

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
