About the Opportunity

We currently have openings for Advisory Services Project Management Analysts with a strong interest in project management in our Medicaid project area. This role blends management and technical assistance for those who have a passion for project management and an interest in improving public health insurance program operations and health care delivery.

**Responsibilities Include:**

• Providing direction to keep Medicaid projects on time and budget
• Facilitating communications between stakeholders
• Conducting project management activities, including planning and implementing tools and processes
• Performing complex analyses to monitor project performance
• Providing technical assistance to state and federal health agencies or healthcare providers
• Drafting client memos, technical documentation, and other contractual deliverables

**Position Requirements:**

• Master’s degree in public policy, public administration, business, or related field
• Strong management skills and organizational abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Interest in improving Medicaid and government programs through effective project management
• Some travel may be required

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

• Work experience with a state or federal agency, foundation, or health care program
• Prior experience working with Medicaid data
• Experience with management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile management
• Certifications demonstrating management proficiency
• Experience engaging a range of client stakeholders
• Interest in bridging between business owners and technical staff
