The IT Business Relationship Manager - HR will serve as a partner between the Information Technology department and the Human Resources function. The primary responsibility will be building strong relationships with key HR stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and aligning and delivering IT solutions to support and enhance HR processes and initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the successful integration of technology within the HR domain and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for IT support, efficiency improvement, and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with HR to align the HR tech strategy with IT and business objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for IT innovation and alignment with HR strategies
• Translate HR requirements into actionable business requirements document ensuring common understanding
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle of IT projects related to HR from initiation to implementation
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and HR professionals for project execution and new technology integration
• Manage the HR IT portfolio for strategic alignment and business impact prioritization
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance for HR systems and applications
• Provide insights for HR system decision making using HR system data and analytics
• Champion change management and user engagement efforts related to HR IT projects
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR technology solutions
• Support organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across job responsibilities

**Position Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role
• Solid understanding of HR processes, functions, and best practices
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations related to HR data management
• Familiarity with HR technology solutions and trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT best practices, SQL, and system interactivity
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend technology solutions
• Strategic thinking and proactive identification of technology-driven innovation opportunities
• Problem-solving skills and proactive issue identification and resolution

**Preferred Experience:**

• User experience (UX) and change management
• Reporting platforms (QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
• Professional services models, SaaS environments, Atlassian suite
• Government contractor experience, SAP SuccessFactors HR Central knowledge
• Digital transformation and AI experience
