Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Design Engineer to support our team in delivering sustainable and resilient urban environments. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing site civil design solutions that integrate green infrastructure, natural systems, and hydrology principles. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment in design decisions.

Your Key Skills:
• 4+ years of industry experience in site civil design* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Environmental)* Experience with site grading, earthwork calculations, road design, drainage, utility layout, and technical report writing* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, LDT, Hydro CAD, Flowmasters, StormCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software* Knowledge of natural systems, green infrastructure, hydrology, GIS principles, and sustainability-oriented accreditation (LEED, PE, etc.)
