To tackle these challenges, we are seeking a Senior Business Controller to work from Doel.

**Your challenge as Senior Business Controller:**

• Control projects/activities for our LTO program (Long Term Operations)
• Reporting actuals, budgets, and MTP with timely qualitative input
• Responsible for periodic reporting on LTO activities
• Challenge the budget of these activities
• Responsible for budget, MTP reporting to Nuclear Controlling Team and LTO Management Team
• Represent controlling in various committees and activities
• Act as a business partner within the LTO organization with many stakeholders
• Maintain and implement financial management plan of the LTO program, coordinate with site controlling
• Perform all relevant controlling activities related to the LTO program
• Build and develop a strong collaboration with project leaders
• Monitor budget consumption in line with project leaders
• Establish and maintain control procedures for LTO-related topics (SAP, Clarity structure, LTO FTE management, FTE allocation)
• Support the invoicing process
• Prepare information and reports as requested by management
• Monitor the allocation of benefits
• Assist in reporting to ENGIE group, EDF Luminus on LTO-related topics
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and reports (e.g., large projects, specific budgets)
• Train and support project leaders
• Make suggestions for Continuous Improvements of existing processes and software tools
• SPOC for the Nuclear controlling team in the LTO organization

**Your Profile:**

• University degree at master's level preferably in Finance, Economy, or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in Finance
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to build relationships with business partners
• Ability to make accurate and relevant financial analyses, evaluations, and judgments
• Ability to summarize with a synthetic mindset
• Fluent in Dutch, Fluent in English and/or French is a plus
• Team player
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Proactive, flexible, and dynamic
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with financial transactions, negotiations, and contractual agreements
• Good knowledge of program and project environments
