Lead and execute audits of U.S. Bank's enterprise risk management framework with a focus on climate risk.
Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on audit findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to climate risk and incorporate them into audit processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and management.
Communicate audit results and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Review and assess the adequacy of risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely completion.
Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development.
Conduct special projects and assist with ad hoc requests from senior management as needed.
Represent the Enterprise Risk Management and Climate Risk team in meetings and presentations.
