Lead and execute audits related to enterprise risk management and climate risk for U.S. Bank Corp.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies in line with industry best practices.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability within the organization.
Create and maintain risk management plans and ensure their effective implementation.
Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to enterprise risk management and climate risk.
Provide guidance and support to other teams and departments in managing risks.
Lead and mentor a team of auditors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of audits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase risk management awareness and knowledge within the organization.
Conduct special investigations and reviews as needed to address specific risk concerns.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Continuously evaluate and improve risk management processes and procedures.
Represent the organization in external meetings and conferences related to risk management and climate risk.
