We are currently looking to recruit an Senior Associate to join our dynamic Perth practice offering quality work, a collegiate and fun working environment, and strong opportunities for further progression and development. You will be working with partners Adam Edelman and David Jewkes for local and international clients predominantly in the resources and energy sector.

Who are you?
• 4+ years' PQE gained within a corporate and commercial practice at a major firm
• A commercial approach and a strong desire to work on high profile, complex transactions
• Outstanding analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Client liaison skills and acute commercial acumen are considered essential
• Public company experience and familiarity with ASX Listing Rules would be beneficial but not essential

What will you be doing?

Working with some of the most experienced M&A lawyers in Perth, you will be working on a range of corporate, M&A and related advisory work including:
• complex, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, mergers, divestments and corporate restructures;
• private equity buyouts and exits;
• equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and secondary raisings;
• corporate governance and advisory; and
• complex joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
