The Senior Analyst, Innovative Finance at IIX Global in Singapore will assist in launching Women’s Livelihood Bonds and other projects, engaging in structuring, legal, and operational activities. About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Innovative Finance team, assisting the team with administrative, legal, and structuring activities to launch Women’s Livelihood Bonds (WLBs) or similar projects. You will also gain a wide range of experience and a broad perspective of IIX’s activities including IIX’s Orange Movement. You will become an integral member of the team with your own responsibilities where you will be working directly with internal and external clients, side-by-side with your team members.

This is a cross-functional role that spans structuring, legal, operational, and market-building activities, supporting IIX’s pioneering efforts in gender and climate-linked instruments, including the Orange Movement.



Key Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and execution of the WLB Series and other ad hoc projects, including preparation of legal documents, term sheets, and investor presentations

• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders (legal counsel, external advisors, issuers, and investors) to ensure operational alignment throughout the transaction process.

• Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation, due diligence processes, and closing logistics for financial products.

• Contribute to the design and operationalisation of IIX’s broader innovative finance offerings beyond bonds, including blended finance structures and social impact products.

• Provide technical support for impact-linked frameworks, including alignment with the Orange Bond Principles.

• Engage in internal process development, improving systems for execution, knowledge capture, and transaction documentation.



Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Economics, Public Policy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, legal advisory, development finance, or capital markets, with exposure to debt structuring or transaction execution

• Familiarity with transaction legal documentation, regulatory processes, and/or structuring mechanics

• Prior experience in sustainability, gender finance, or ESG-linked instruments is a strong advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; precision in documentation is a must

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones in a high-accountability environment

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Strong financial modelling experience
