Job Description: Self-Generating Sales Representative & Closer – Clean Residential Energy

Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-oriented Self-Generating Sales Representative & Closer to join our clean residential energy team. In this role, you’ll have the unique responsibility of both sourcing your own leads and closing deals. This position is perfect for driven individuals who excel at building relationships, presenting solutions, and turning prospects into satisfied customers. With a Red Line Model compensation structure, you’ll enjoy uncapped earning potential, directly tied to your efforts and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new leads through networking, community outreach, referrals, and creative self-marketing strategies.
• Customer Consultation: Educate homeowners on the financial, environmental, and lifestyle benefits of clean energy solutions, including solar power and energy storage systems.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer needs, design tailored energy solutions, and present proposals in a compelling and professional manner.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and agreements, overcome objections, and finalize contracts with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and commitment.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Deal Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation through closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in renewable energy technology to effectively position our solutions.
• Reporting: Diligently track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline status using company-provided tools.

Qualifications
• Sales Experience: 2+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in solar, home improvement, or a related field. Demonstrated success in both lead generation and deal closing is required.
• Closer Mindset: Proven ability to confidently present solutions, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
• Self-Motivation: Highly driven, independent, and resourceful with the ability to generate leads and manage your own sales process.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about helping homeowners transition to clean energy with a consultative and solution-focused sales approach.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining the technical aspects of solar systems, energy storage, and financial models.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for in-person consultations.
• Results-Oriented: Goal-driven and able to consistently exceed sales quotas and performance expectations.

Compensation – The Red Line Model This role uses a Red Line Model compensation structure, giving you complete control over your earning potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,800.00 - $9,600.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Compensation Package:
• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission only
• Performance bonus

Schedule:
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
